1.    Can you deliver your vehicles?

We can deliver to the airport and hotels/motels (with reception & parking facilities) within 5 km of our depots. Deliveries must be pre-arranged, and a delivery fee may apply.
 
Unfortunately we do not deliver to residential areas



2.    Can I collect and drop off at the airport?

Yes, for your convenience we deliver our vehicles to Perth Domestic and International Airport. We also have arrangements for you to leave your vehicle at the airport cark park at the end of your rental. This service is an additional $66.00 for collection during office hours and $99.00 for collection after office hours.

3.    Is there an age requirement to hire a vehicle from Perth Rent-A-car?

Yes. A minimum age of 21 and a maximum age of 80 are applicable to all rentals. Age surcharge of $16.50 per day applies to drivers under 25 years old and over 75 years old.



4.    Do you accept Learners, Probationary & Provisional driver’s license?

No. We will only accept full license.

 

 

5.    Do you accept overseas driver’s license?

Yes. For most overseas driver’s license we do require an international driver’s permit.
There are a few exceptions including: New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Finland, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia.

7.    I’m travelling to the country, which remote area surcharge should I take?

Below is a list of the popular destinations covered by the different level of remote area surcharge

Within 500 km radius of Perth
Geraldton, Cervantes, Hayden, Bunbury, Busselton, Augusta, Margarent River, Denmark, Albany

Within 600km radius of Perth
Kalgoorlie

Within 750 km radius of Perth
Esperance

Within 1,250km radius of Perth
Exmouth, Monkey Mia, Coral Bay

Within 2,300 km radius of Perth
Broome



8.    Can I collect after hours?

Only at Belmont and the Perth Airport. This must be pre-arranged and will incur an after hours collection fee of $33.00



9.    Can I return after hours?

Return outside of office hours is available at our Belmont location or at the airport. Different procedure may apply at different locations. Depending on the time of your return, it may also incur an additional day’s rent.



10.    Can I add additional drivers?

Extra drivers can be registered at $3.30/day. Additional drivers must meet our age and driver’s license requirements.
